Jared Features on
Industry Experts Panel at WCAF 2010
Jared has just returned from
his 5th Annual "West Coast Art & Frame Show" in Las Vegas,
where he was asked to be one of 5 industry panel experts in
the 10th anniversary of the keynote annual event of the
conference, Successful Retailing, hosted by Jay Goltz. Other
industry panelists were Rob & Barbara Markoff, John Ranes II
and Paul from Lifesaver Software. Jared was asked to offer
an international perspective on the framing industry, and a
transcript of the panel discussion will be feature later in
the year in Picture Framing Magazine.
Jared Wins "Frame Of
The Month" Award in DECOR MAGAZINE
Jared has just won the Frame
of The Month award in the January issue of DECOR Magazine in
the US, with his unique carved mat design, titled "WHy So
Serious", which is a tribute to the recent Heath
Ledger, from his last movie, The Dark Knight.

July 2007 - Jared to be
Breakfast Keynote at PMA 2008, Las Vegas
For the first time, Jared has
been asked to present his new seminar, "Customers! -What
do they Really Mean?" at the PMA convention in Las Vegas in
January 2008. This session has been designed to framers be
able to answer the most awkward and difficult questions on
the front counter. This annual show is the biggest event in
the photographic industry, and because of the PPFA
involvement in this show, a significant event for the

June 2007 - Jared to
present at the Framing Show in Sydney Once again,
Jared will be presenting more educational seminars at
the Framing Show on the 20th to the 22nd of July. This range
of seminars have been specifically designed for custom
framers to maximise their business and opportunities on a
retail & marketing level. It will also be the first time
people will get to see Jared's brand new seminar -
"Customers, what do they really mean? - Frequently asked
Questions on the Front Counter!" Jared will also be
conducting two other seminars - "Successful Retailing for
Custom Framers" & "Merchandising and Marketing Tricks
- That Work!"

June 2007 - Training in Europe
Jared has just returned for a trip to Europe, to help
provide training at a recent Gunnar training workshop held
at the Gunnar factory in Switzerland. Attended by Gunnar
distributors from all around the world, and it was a
worthwhile week of cross-training and future input
development.
In this week, Jared also had the privilege to travel to
Paris to work with the people from Cassese, who provided
some updated training for Jared regarding their latest range
of products and machines.
May 2007 - PMA Melbourne
The PMA show (Photo Marketing Association) in Melbourne was
a successful event, and the second biggest PMA show held in
the world after the Las Vegas PMA show. Jared was
involved with the PPFA conference, and performed his popular
seminar on "Selling Mats & Design on the Front Counter"
and was also asked to perform a new seminar for both the
Framing & Scrapbooking Associations (PPFA & PSRO) -
"Website Redesign".
